Resource Management
I specialize in the strategic deployment of personnel, machinery, and technical resources to meet competing project demands. From managing multi-site construction tradesmen to coordinating high-stakes logistics in remote demining environments, I ensure that every asset whether human, vehicular, or technical is utilized efficiently and maintained to the highest standards of compliance.

Overview
As a Construction Project Manager at Goodwin Ltd, I managed our different tradesmen, directing their deployment as they moved between various sites (e.g., blocks of flats, steel-frame shop) and prioritized maintenance requests for the client, Seafish. We acted as the facilities manager for all of Seafish’s assets (including a lodge, shops, cafes, and residential properties), and I managed the activity schedule to ensure machinery and personnel were efficiently moved to meet competing project and maintenance demands. Furthermore, I conducted performance reviews and planned training for staff.
My logistical responsibility extended to site management, which included coordinating when our teams, subcontractors (for earthworks and carparks), and the government contractor (for tarmac) would be on site to ensure seamless transitions. I also managed our vehicle fleet at Goodwin, implementing an inspection system to log maintenance activities, track service dates, and mileage for utilization and accounting.
In the subsequent Base Administrator role at Bristow, I maintained similar logistical accountability by managing the vehicle fleet for the Search and Rescue and Support Helicopter base. I was responsible for ensuring each team had sufficient vehicles and for managing maintenance activities. I used an established inspection system to track service dates and mileage, maintaining accurate records for use and compliance.
At ICRISAT, as a Research Assistant responsible for the GIS and remote sensing aspects, I personally managed the data collection team. This involved defining the data collection specifications and ensuring the team was equipped and trained to execute activities. I produced the final reports by processing and conducting spatial analysis on imagery, directly managing the technical resources required to meet project objectives.
As a Survey Engineer and Logistics Assistant for Safelane Global, I managed the West Falklands Team, coordinating essential resources. This included securing accommodation, food, PPE, and equipment. I also acted as the community liaison, speaking to farmers and landowners to arrange project access and support, ensuring the on-ground supervisors had the logistical resources and community backing needed to operate safely and effectively.
