My focus is on creating a cohesive portfolio that maximizes benefits, standardizes governance, and ensures rigorous oversight of capital investments.

Overview
My recent attainment of the PfMP certification formalizes my ability to align projects and programmes with corporate strategy, which is directly applicable to my new role.
In my current role at FIG, I provide essential support to the Director and Deputy Director to ensure the delivery of projects aligns with the PWD's strategic corporate plan and the wider capital projects of FIG. This involves assisting with the development of options appraisals and business cases—critical elements of strategic portfolio intake and prioritization. I manage the governance arrangements across multiple projects, helping project managers follow agreed-upon best practices. This is helping maintain a cohesive portfolio, so the mix of programmes and projects achieves the strategic benefits for the government. A highlight of my current role is a standardisation project that is part of role. The goal is to standardise the folder structure, risk management process, and managing NEC elements such as early warning and compensation events which are all part of the change and scope management processes.
